House now in 2 occupations, mainly mid C18 but with some C17 chamfered mullioned
windows, possibly reused with added mid C19 cell. Thin coursed rubble, ashlar
quoins, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 2 bays of thin flat faced mullioned
windows of 4-lights (opened to form doorway) with same over to 1st floor; 5-
light window with same over to 1st floor; added bay has single sashed windows
with plain stone surrounds and projecting sills. Left hand return wall has 3-
light chamfered mullioned window (lacking mullions) to 1st floor. Rear is L-
shaped, outshut contains altered chamfered mullioned windows and doorway with
monolithic jambs, and gabled porch with doorway with monolithic jambs (blocked).
Attached to right hand return wall is mid C20 single storey brick extension with
doorway to 2nd cottage.
