--6-- One of the Belvoir Angels headstones by a Hickling craftsman. Rectangular slate with round-faced winged angel, to: Ann wife of Henry James of Barnstone d. Nov. 29th 1720 aet 42. Poem: -Sleep thou blest creature in the vine/ My Sighs and tears will not awake thee/ I must live my appointed time/ And then O then Ile overtake thee-. (Photo Oct 2012).
