Terrace house in passageway to Curzon Street. Early to mid C19,
probably a refacing/rebuild of mid C18 house. Yellow brick with
red brick dressings, slate roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide.
Ground floor has mid C20 shop front. Upper floors have recessed
sashes, no glazing bars, under red brick flat gauged arches.
Parapet with coping. Part of the Shepherd Market development laid
out c. 1735 and built c. 1746, the designer, builder and promoter
being Edward Shepherd who built and designed on the Grosvenor and
Cavendish Estates.
