Terrace house in passageway to Curzon Street. Early C19, probably
refacing/rebuild of mid C18 house. Yellow brick, slate roof. 3
storeys. 3 windows wide. Mid C20 shop front to ground floor.
Upper floors have recessed sashes, no glazing bars, under flat gauged
arches. Parapet with coping. Part of the Shepherd Market
development laid out c. 1735 and built c. 1746, the designer,
builder and promoter being Edward Shepherd who built and designed
on the Grosvenor and Cavendish Estates.
