Terrace house. Later C18, altered mid C19. Yellow brick and
stucco, slate roof. 3 storeys. 2 windows wide. Shop front altered
mid C20 to ground floor. Upper floors have recessed sashes with
stucco architraves. Parapet with coping. Part of the Shepherd
Market development laid out c. 1735 and built c. 1746, the designer,
builder and promoter being Edward Shepherd who built and designed
on the Grosvenor and Cavendish Estates.
