Estate cottage late C19. Based on the work by George Devey at Betteshanger.
Brown brick, flint, ragstone and tile hanging with plain tiled roof.
L-shaped plan. One storey and attic with barge-boarded gable and projecting
jettied half-hipped wing to right and stack to rear. Four-centred arched
doorway with oriel over on gabled wing, with irregular fenestration of
wooden mullioned windows elsewhere.
