House and shop, now shop with storage above. Early to mid C19.
Timber-framed and rendered; slate roof. 3 storeys. A single
sash window to each of the upper storeys, 12-pane to the 1st
and 9-pane to the 2nd, both in flush cased frames. The ground
storey has a C19 shop front with console brackets to the
fascia. A 2-storey rear wing is also timber framed and
rendered. INTERIOR: no internal features suggest an earlier
core to the building. Included for group value as part of
street scene.
