GV II

A terrace of 3 houses. Late C18/early C19. Timber-framed, with
render to No.18 and old roughcast to Nos 19 and 20. Plaintiled
roofs with a wide plain eaves overhang.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, attics and cellars. 3 window range:
16-pane sashes in moulded flush cased frames to the upper
storey, and 12-pane sashes in similar frames to the ground
storey. 3 lead-covered flat-headed dormers with rendered
cheeks: No.18 with a 2-light single bar casement, No.19 with a
4-pane sash window, and a C20 replacement window to No.20.
3 doorways have heavy plain wooden pilasters and cornices;
4-panel doors with flush panels.
INTERIOR: no earlier features are apparent inside. Interior of
No.18 not inspected.
