Small 2 storey early C19 front of painted Bath stone. High plinth, moulded cornice
and blocking course with coping. Centred 2 light casement window to 1st floor
with upper light 4 panes wide. Flanked by recessed rectangular panels. Moulded
sill course. Ground floor: early C19 small canted bay window on iron bracket,
plate glass lights, moulded cornice. To left recessed door of 2 fielded panels,
rest glazed. Recessed panel, with moulded frame, over.

All the listed buildings on the South West Side, South East Side, Market Hall,
Market Cross and the Fountain form a group.

Also all the listed buildings on the South West Side form a group with
Nos 1 to 18 (consec) Northgate Street.
