House. c1800. Brick with plain tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3-window
range with advanced gable to right. Central 4-panelled door in
simple architrave up steps with cast-iron railings. 16-pane
sash window to left on each floor and 12-pane sash window over
doorway. Blind lower window, and 16-pane sash above in right
hand bay. Plain wood overhanging eaves cornice. Axial stack.
Length of C13 town wall adjoins to each side, coursed and
squared sandstone with flat copings.
