Plaque to Henry Willoughby esquire fourth son of Percival Willoughby knight and Lady Bridget his wife. Lawyer and one of the assessors of the Inner Temple of London. Died 18th day of September, aged 48, in 1641. Arms are Or fretty azure from Sir Percival Willoughby of Boreplace, Kent, impaled with Or upon two bars gules three water bougets argent from Bridget, daughter and co-heir of Francis Willoughby esquire of Wollaton.
