Adjoining jubilee wharf, a C1860 warehouse of 4 storeys stock brick with identical
front to street and river: symmetrical elevations of 6 bays with hatch ranks in
second and fifth bays. Plat bands over ground floors, from which rise shallow brick
giant pilasters, on pedestals, the cap moulding continued as cambered arch over each
bay and thus forming a giant arcade. Shallow dies continue line of pilasters up to
shallow breaks in parapet coping. Segmental gauged brick window arches with more
pronounced camber on top floor. Iron framed small pane glazing. Ground floor window
arches have keystones. Later C19 pivot hoists. River front has wall mounted pivot
