--6-- One of the Belvoir Angels headstones by a Hickling craftsman. Rectangular slate with 2 round-faced winged angels, -Be Ye Ready-. Isabel wife of Peter Hemsley d. March 27th 1738 aet 70. Poem: -She that lies here Interred was in her life/ A tender Mother and a loving Wife/ A quiet Neighbour to the poor a friend/ Happy is She that such a life doth end-. (Photo Sept 2012).
