-13-- One of the Belvoir Angels headstones by a Hickling craftsman. Tapering slate with two round-faced winged angels and raised letters, to: William Hart d. Jan 13th 1730. Poem: -A kind and loving husband here doth lie/ For this we know all flesh is born to die/ And tho His Body now is laid in dust/ His Soul I hope is dwelling with the just-. (Photo Sept 2012).
