Terrace houses on corner with Greek Street. c.1735, altered, fine quality red brick
fronts to No. 4 and No. 35 Greek Street, probably a refacing, the corner house No. 36
refaced or rebuilt late C19. Concealed roofs. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. Altered
ground floors. Upper floors of No. 4 have flush framed glazing bar sashes. Parapet
with coping. No. 4 is united internally with Nos. 35 and 36 Greek Street. No. 35
has virtually similar front to No. 4 but with recessed glazing bar sashes, except for
top floor casements, under flat gauged arches. No. 36 has recessed sashes without
glazing bars. Parapets with coping. No. 36 retains no apparent interior features
and is not of interest, but No. 4 and No. 35 Greek Street retain elements of
panelling and dog leg staircases etc. Rowlandson exhibited from No. 4 in 1775.
