Pair of terraced offices and chambers. c1880-90 rebuild of C18 houses. Portland
stone, slate roofs. Eclectic Italianate and round arched style. 5 storeys. Each
3 windows wide. Altered granite faced ground floor with deep
entablature-fascia. Corniced and architraved 1st and 2nd floor windows with
arcaded windows to 3rd floor. Sculptured panels between 1st floor windows;
stone balconies to 1st and 2nd floors, cornice below top floor. Included for
group value only.
