Detached villa. c1830-40 Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development.
Stucco; slate roof. Italianate-Grecian. 2 storeys on basement. 3 windows wide.
Architraved doorway to left approached by parapeted steps. Recessed glazing bar
sashes, those on ground floor in architraves, with cornices on consoles.
Overhanging eaves to low pitch hipped roof. Flanking corniced chimney stacks.
Small cast iron balconettes to ground floor. Similar villa type to the
adjoining Eyre Estate.
