Caretaker's house. 1896, with mid C20 alterations. By WJ Hale.
For the Sheffield School Board. Rock-faced stone with ashlar
dressings and gabled and hipped slate roofs with large coped
side wall stack. First floor band, stepped coped gables with
kneelers and finials. 2 storeys plus garrets; 2 window range.
Facing gable has a double plain sash with stone mullion and
above, a 3-light casement to the garret. Below, a canted
wooden oriel window under segmental relieving arch with
keystone. Right return has 2 plain sashes and below, a plain
sash to left and a mid C20 lean-to porch to right.
INTERIOR not inspected.
