C17 or earlier cottage with C19 refronting. Two storeys, 2 windows, and a one-storey
blank left bay. Tiled roof half-hipped at left. Modern garage extension at right.
Compound ridge stack of narrow bricks. Red brick walls in Flemish bond with blue
headers. Windows have surrounds and mullions of chamfered red brick. Timber porch
with tiled roof. Good plank door with fillets.
