Two storey, L-shaped lodge building with angle filled by open loggia under catslide
with dormer. Red brick below, roughcast above, tiled roofs. Vigorous decorative
plasterwork in main gable end with date 1900; and big carved bargeboards. Mullioned
and transomed windows in the manner of R. Norman Shaw. Dentil cornice below the
gable end.
Listed partly as part of the Heather Bank estate, home of Dr Marie Stopes.
