House, now commercial premises. C17 origin, much altered in
C19 with formation of carriageway through to The Old Bulls
Head yard, adjoining to left (qv), after 1836. Stucco front
with masonry lining, wide eaves cornice, old tiled roof. 2
storeys. One flush set sash window with divided glazing to
first floor. Ground floor has C19 shopfront with cornice,
fascia with cut moulded profiled ends, and closed plate glass
shop window with moulded mullions. Modern half-glazed door on
right, with architrave surround over plinth blocks, and flat
moulded cornice hood on cut profiled brackets. Rear elevation
double gabled and plastered right hand gable now above
carriageway of The Old Bulls Head, with tall central red brick
chimneystack between gables. C19 rear outshoot, single storey
with slated roof.
