Description

TEWKESBURY

SO8932 HIGH STREET
859-1/6/190 (West side)
No.13

GV II

House in row, one of a pair. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond
brickwork, tile roof, brick stack. Although probably
constructed as one of a pair with No.14 (qv) adjoining, this
part of the property is now incorporated with No.12 (qv) to
its left, and there appears to be a break in the roof-line at
the mid party wall. The roof is parallel with the street, in 2
ranges with a central valley and a very large central valley
stack.
3 storeys, one windowed. 16-pane sashes to voussoirs and stone
cills. Ground floor has plain square display window in
rendered surround, under C20 fascia. 3-course brick band above
first floor, plain fascia board at eaves. INTERIOR not
inspected.
