Memorandum this 3rd of August 1778. The yearly income of Lands and Donations belonging to the Poor. £1 5s (One pound five shillings) by Mrs Stokes, £1 5s by Mr Dexter. Viz £2 Ab Kettleby and 10s for the repairs of Holwell mouth (Due the 1st May) £1 10s by the minister of nether Broughton to Ab Kettleby. The Rent of the Poors Close £1 2s , two 3rds to Ab Kettleby, one 3rd to Holwell. 10s from Barrowby Lin colnshire, half to Ab Kettleby half to Holwell. Upper Broughton Officers 6s to Ab Kettleby, which Sums are to be distributed at the discretion of the Minister and Parish Officers. (Photo Mar 2007).
