House. Probably C17 origins, thoroughly modernized in the C20 with a rear left wing
added. Whitewashed rendered cob and stone rubble; thatched roof, half-hipped at
ends; axial stack.
Plan: Probably originally a 3 room and passage plan house, interior entirely C20.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4 window front, thatched porch on posts to right
of centre. 1 and 2-light C20 timber casement windows with glazing bars.
Interior: Modernized.
Known to have had a decorated plaster ceiling, removed about 20 years ago. Included
for group value with Higher Farm and Chasers, (q.v.).
