Cottage: Mid C19, Dressed sandstone; clay pantile roof. Single
storey. "L" plan. Sash windows. Canted bay window to ground
floor.
Workshop: (former brewhouse to Gisborough Old Hall) adjoining
S.W. side of Priory Gardens Cottage. Late C17; first floor added
mid C19. Dressed sandstone to ground floor, brick to first
floor. Quoins. Hipped Welsh slate roof; lead ridge claddings.
C20 glazing to ground floor windows. Yorkshire sashes with
glazing bars to first floor. Double loft doors to S.E. side.
Listing includes single-storey extension (Estate Office) to S.E.
side of former brewhouse; of similar dates and in matching
materials. Stables/coach house, adjoining S.E. side of Priory
Gardens cottage. Late C17. Dressed sandstone; hipped clay
pantile roof; stone ridge copings, one off-centre stack and one
tall brick stack to N.W. corner. 2 storeys. S.W. side:
central round-headed passage opening with 2 elliptical-arched
carriage openings (now blocked) to RHS. Openings in N.E. side
have been altered, but include sashes, Yorkshire sashes and
boarded doors. Listing includes late C19 brick and welsh slate
lean-to extension to S.W. side. The outbuildings to the E. of
Priory Gardens Cottage are not of interest.
