House. Dated 1861 on quoin to right of doorway. Coursed rubble with
granite quoins, sides and rear of uncoursed rubble, slurried slate roof.
Single-depth rectangular plan, with modern addition to rear. Two storeys
and 3 bays, symmetrical; central doorway with panelled door and low
overlight, 2 unhorned sashed windows at ground floor and 3 above; all
these openings with quoined surrounds; hipped roof with projecting eaves,
side-wall chimneys. Rear and interior not of special interest.
