6/44 Poltesco Farmhouse
II

Farmhouse. Circa C18 remodelled in mid-C19. Rubble stone with large rubble
stone quoins on south-east corner. Granite lintels to ground floor openings
with timber lintels to first floor. Half hipped scantle slate roof with clay
ridge tiles. Brick chimney stacks in hipped gable ends. 2 rooms deep with
central staircase. Right-hand side breaks forward slightly. 2 storeys, almost
symmetrical. 3 window front. Two 16-pane sash windows (without horns) flank
central C19 6-panel timber door, slightly set back. First floor with three 16-
pane sash windows (without horns). Central plain C19 square baluster staircase.
Interior not inspected.
