House in terrace. Probably very early C19. Render replacing
stucco on rubble; dry slate roof with dentilled eaves cornice;
3 hipped roof dormers; large brick end stacks. Double-depth
plan plus rear service wing at left and right.
2 storeys plus attic over basement; symmetrical 3-window front
with restored plinth and mid-floor band. Late C19 or C20
2-pane horned sashes. Central pilastered doorway with blind
fanlight to open pediment and overlight to 4-panel top-glazed
door. Later porch to left-hand return.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: low plinth to basement forecourt wall and
wrought-iron railings with pierced arrow-head finials.
Part of a planned late Georgian street, laid out in 1773.
