South aspect. Church built from Mountsorrel granite. C14 two stage tower. A major restoration of 1865, by Millican and Smith, added a smooth look - eg the south porch. The octagonal recessed spire has quatrefoil openings rather than arch-hooded lucarnes. (Photo Oct 2007).
