Stained glass in north aisle. To GW Lillingston-Johnson, d. 1894 age 60, and his wife Augusta nee Toovey-Hopkins d. 1906 age 70, both children of clergymen. Each panel has a theme shared by its four surrounding figures. Left- Father, or Patriarchs Noah, Moses, Abraham, David. Centre- Mother, or Care of children. St Judith, St Matthew, St Mary, Dorcas. Right- Hope. Simeon, Joshua, St Paul. The main figure rests on a fouled anchor of Hope. (Photo Oct 2007).
