House. Circa mid C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble with granite
quoins. Slurried scantle slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end
stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance, each room of equal size and heated from a
gable end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, a symmetrical 3-window front; all windows are C19. First floor
has central 16-pane sash, with 20-pane sash to right and left, all with timber
lintels. Ground floor has central C20 porch wih hipped roof, inner C19 4-panelled
and glazed door. C19 20-pane sash to right and left.
Interior: Not inspected.
