House. Circa early C18. Rendered and painted stone rubble and cob. Rag slate roof
with gable ends. Stone rubble end stacks with brick shafts.
2 room and central cross passage plan with lean-to outshut added to rear in circa
C19.
2 storeys, almost symmetrical three window front; central, glazed C20 door and 2-
light casements with glazing bars, replaced in late C20.
Interior circa early C19 ceiling beams partly replaced. Interior not fully inspected.
Forms part of picturesque group in High Street, Boscastle.
