Small house. Probably C18. Painted killas rubble walls, timber lintels. Asbestos
slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends. Right-hand chimney is over an
external semi-circular rubble stack.
Plan: 2-room-plan with probably a lobby entrance and stair between the rooms plus a
C20 extended lean-to on the right.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 2-window front with doorway left of
middle. C20 door within old gable-ended stone proch. Circa mid C19 12-pane hornless
sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
