Park Entrance)

The second sentence of the description shall be amended to read 'Probably mid
C17 on present site' and 'Halse, the Cornish historian, records these as having
come from Fenton Goleen, a house which once stood in Ferry Lane' shall be added
at the end of the description.

Pair of gate piers to drive to Tregothnan (q.v.). Probably C17. Granite ashlar.
Each pier is square on plan with moulded work at plinth, string and cornice;
surmounted by ball finial on concave pyramidal cap.
