and band. 2 storeys. Projecting boxed eaves and gutter. Hip tiled roof.
L-shape in plan and standing adjacent to modern electrically driven mill buildings.
Restored square paned casements and C19 panelled door with top glazing with
projecting flat hood over.

Mill Farmhouse shall be amended to read Mill House.
