House in row. Early to mid C19. Brick with stucco front, slate roof, brick stacks. Parapeted front block with long rear wing at an angle, parapeted to hipped roof. 3 storeys and basement, 2-windowed. 12-pane sashes in flat architraves, but without bars to ground floor, stone cills. Shallow opening to basement, left. Far right is 6-panel fielded door under deep transom-light with margin panes and quadrant corners. Small plinth to rusticated ground floor with 2 plain strings, moulded cornice, blocking with raised central panel. South return, above adjoining roof, includes margin-pane sash at second floor. Long rendered rear wing with hipped roof behind parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
