House. Early C17, altered in late C18/early C19. Timber-frame with red brick
infill cased in red brick on the front, on sandstone plinth. Plain-tiled roof
with ridge stack of red brick. Service range has red brick internal stack.
L-plan. 2-storey main range. 2 first floor flush frame casements, C20, and 2 at
ground floor on either side of doorway in moulded wood architrave. Late C20
door. The gable end and rear walls have exposed framing. Service range is also
framed and has casing of red brick, colourwashed. One storey and attic. Framing
exposed in rear wall. Interior: 2 inglenook hearths. A parlour has a corner
fireplace abutting the inglenook.
