Workshops, now printing works. Early C19. Coursed squared
gritstone, low pitched hipped slate roof, projecting stone
eaves. 3 storeys, 1 x 4 bays, on steep slope, 2 storeys at
rear. C20 shop facade to ground floor, sash window with
margin-light glazing bars to 1st floor, shorter window with
C20 casement above. Left return has no openings (advertisement
obscures part). Right return: C20 windows to ground floor,
upper windows sashes with glazing bars.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Original purpose unclear; the fenestration towards the grounds
of Nos 73-75 (qv) suggests that the building was a service
range or workshops connected to them.
