House. Probably late C18; altered. Roughcast brick painted
white, graduated slate roof. Small 2-unit plan at right-angles
to the lane.
EXTERIOR: single storey; small lean-to porch in the centre of
the east side, with a 4-pane window in the side, and a
restored 3-light casement to the left. Ridge chimney. North
gable (to lane) has 3-light sliding sash window. West side has
small 2-light sliding sash window and shallow outshut under
catslide roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 3 & 5 to the left (qv) and No.9 to the
right (qv), and with Nos 4-14 opposite (qv).
