House. Probably late C17 or early C18; altered. White painted
brick in English garden wall bond (5 plus one courses)
probably replacing clamstaff-and-daub; steeply-pitched
thatched roof. Single-depth plan of 2 unequal units, with
small outshut pantry to north side (rear).
EXTERIOR: single storey, back to lane; outshut off-set left of
centre, under catslide roof carried down to low level, with a
small square window in its right-hand side; a 3-light sliding
sash window to the left and a 2-light sliding sash to the
right. Small ridge chimney off-set left of centre.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with No.7 to left (qv) and Nos 4-14 opposite (qv).
