Boathouse adjacent to Lakeside Inn

GV II

Boathouse. Probably earlier C20; altered. Brick with flat
asphalt roof and cast-iron balustrading. Rectangular structure
at right-angles to Promenade.
EXTERIOR: single-storey, the roof used as a viewing deck with
ramp up from the road. Adjoins Lakeside Inn (qv) which is
built into the north angle between it and the Promenade.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with the Cafe on lakeside approx. 20m south-west
(qv).
