Semi-detached houses. c1840. Stucco, roof of slate.
2 storeys over basement, 2-and-a-half-window range,
double-fronted with central shared blank window. Flat-arched
entrance with overlight in outer bay set back, that to No.7
now a window; canted bay to basement and ground floor, the
ground floor windows divided by pilasters with stepped
capitals; chamfered quoins to both outer angles; bracketed
eaves; hipped roof; stack to party wall; No.7 has ground floor
canted bay on return to Powis Grove.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Stuccoed garden walls with moulded
coping and square rusticated corniced gate piers.
These houses match Nos 8-9 Powis Villas (qv).
