1912-1/14/161 Outbuilding immediately to rear of
The Manor House

GV II

Outbuilding. C17 or early C18 with restoration of 1929.
Timber-frame with mostly C20 brick infill and rebuilding to
ground floor; C20 tile roof.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; 2-window range. Entrance
with plank door and inserted window to front; rear has similar
entrance, 2 windows and dormer; one end has some original
brick infill to gable and canted bay window, with window to
1st floor and one above.
INTERIOR: has one truss with arch-braced tie and collar with
king strut, crossed ends to principals and wind braces; some
renewed floor joists.
Included for group value with The Manor House (qv).
