House with shop. Early-mid C19. Rendered and colourwashed,
concrete interlocking tiles at shallow pitch, brick chimney
stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 2 bays. Plain pilaster strips to ends.
C20 shop front with central recessed doorway, upper floors
have 12-pane sash windows in plain openings to both levels,
those to second floor narrower but of same height.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of the development which took place after Broad Street
(formerly Wette or Water Lane) was widened in the years
1835-1849.
