House, now offices. Late C18. Painted roughcast cement render
with stone plinth with moulded ashlar copping. Plain-tile
roof. Single integral and single partly projecting brick eaves
stacks to left. Rectangular 3-cell plan with gable end to
street.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey and attic. Street front with two 6/6 sashes
with segmental arched heads and lintels and moulded stone
sills to ground and first floors. One similar sash to attic.
Right return side: central 6/6 sash window in segmental arched
opening with C20 casement to left. Central moulded wood
pilaster doorcase with radial fanlight and plain cornice hood
on console brackets. Rear: C20 casements. Partly covered by
C20 flat-roofed 2-storey extension.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
