House. Mid C19. Solid rendered ground storey; painted brick
upper storeys. Slated roof. Rendered chimney on right side
wall.
3 storeys. 3-window range. Rusticated ground storey. Doorway
at left-hand end with rusticated pilaster-strip to right; this
has at the top a reeded band with key-pattern above. To right,
2 windows with 8-paned sashes. Above whole ground storey a
prominent cornice on paired brackets. Second storey has in
centre a canted bay window with panelled base and lean-to
corrugated-iron roof; sashes, those in middle light 2-paned.
At either side a tall, narrow, round-arched recess. Third
storey has a blind centre window flanked by 2 with 6-paned
sashes. Deep, bracketed eaves cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
