4 houses. 1820-1840. Brick in Flemish bond, header bond to bay
of No.109; stucco dressings. Roof parapeted.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Nos 103 & 109 two-window range, the rest
3-window range. All entrances are round-arched with fanlights;
plain architrave to No.105, the rest have a large keystone.
All other openings are flat-arched with architraves;
ground-floor French doors with pediment to each.
Entablature band between ground and 1st floors, the top of
which is level with the sills of the 1st-floor windows, each
of which has a projecting cornice. Continuous entablature to
1st floor.
To the side of each entrance range is a full-height segmental
bay, Nos 105 & 107, 2-window width; No.109 of one-window width
only. No.103, which is very altered and included for group
value only, has a bay to match that on No.109, giving the 4
units a formal symmetry. Stacks to party wall. Glazing of
original design to French doors on No.109; Nos 105 & 109 have
2x2 sashes with margin lights; No.107, 3x3 sashes of an
original design.
