Pair of houses. Early to mid C19. Brick in Flemish bond with
painted stucco cement to basement and parapet entablature.
Mansard roof of slate with one dormer to each house.
2 storeys over basement. 2 windows each. Entrances to narrow
outer ranges which are recessed one brick's depth from the
centre, paired ranges. Flat-arched entrances with ornamental
overlight; flanking party wall are round-arched windows, that
to left with ornamental sash bars to top sash and authentic
glazing pattern to lower sash. Flat-arched windows with gauged
brick lintels to 1st floor, the wider windows flanking party
wall have 8x8 sashes; sash of original design above entrance
to left-hand unit. On party wall a very narrow recess
finishing in brick arch to 1st floot. Stack to party wall.
