Plumber's office. Late C19 (post 1872). Stock brick.
2 storeys with gable front. Central cambered arch to 1st floor
with 2 loading doors flanked by cambered windows with pivoting
casements. Roof has through purlins and ridgepiece. Steps to
1st floor and plank partition at 1st floor.
