Wall and gates to town hall courtyard. Later C19. Rusticated
ashlar gate piers and overarches, with cast-iron gates.
Central gates with flanking side gates, divided by piers each
ornamented with wreath in low relief. Shallow segmental arches
with stressed keystones over side gates. Modillion cornice.
